Sandy is a Nantucket native who has returned to the island for the summer after 19 years of mountain life in the Franconia, NH area. She enjoys many outdoor activities including; hiking, biking, kayaking, snowshoeing, and all types of skiing.

     She retired from innovative participation in the adaptive sports world in 2019 and completed a bucket list thru hike of the 2,192 mile Appalachian Trail.

     Sandy has grown up with family pups, German shepherds and labs.
